PREREQUISITES & PRE-ASSIGNMENTS:

Prerequisites and Pre-assignments must be completed before attending a course (this can be done within the same Regional Training Event). Participants who do not show proof of prerequisites or do not complete pre-work will not be allowed to remain in a course.

There will be no refunds in these situations.

PAYMENTS:

Participants will be charged a $25.00 processing fee for: Late registrations, late payments; invalid or incorrect credit card information.

All payments should be made prior to attending the course. Payments can be made by credit card, check or by Journal Voucher for Y-Charlotte staff (ask your Supervisor for this number before you register). Checks should be made to: YMCA of Greater Charlotte / SLA 500 E. Morehead St, Suite 300 Charlotte, NC 28202 and should be postmarked by the beginning date of the course. Add $25.00 late fee to the payment if postmarked after this date. Credit card payments will be processed after a training is completed.

DEADLINES:

Trainer applications will not be accepted after the Deadline

A $25.00 late fee will be charged for all other course registrations accepted after the Registration/Cancellation Deadline.

LODGING:

Course fees do not include overnight accommodations.
